Falling prey to the system.

Like many other neo leads, my leader took the responsibility with much a do about ethics, upholding the brand, doing the right thing and all kind of live agent life examples where he was the messiah of the righteous.

1 year into the job and after banging his head against the wall called ‘the system’ he has realized the hard way that when you in filth, u do what the pigs do’.

The other day he took a team meeting and categorically told us all, that his righteous act is getting him no where, team has not won anything except UPH in the last 2 quarters.

The escalation procedure for wrong doing is so much without spine that it has become more of a joke with strange explanations for sure shot errors and almost everything being concluded as ‘Pending calibration’ and ‘rep is entitled to his thought process’.

Its not easy to be a messiah, history has it that people get crucified for doing that, its only after 100 years of your death that you would be worshipped and that too if u are Christ like lucky.

Racism in Australia.

Indians been attacked in Australia.
The self induced pain.

First of all, it comes without saying that these inhuman atrocities are been done by a small minority of juvenile unlettered blokes, who are exhibiting their frustration or at times just sheer peer pressure or overdose of intoxication.

For me, what is happening in Australia, how so ever gross it may appear is the work of cosmos. The rule of cosmos say, your thoughts, beliefs and actions weather in subconscious or conscious state, send a frequency and order the whole universe to conspire and manifest them into reality.

Indians are the biggest racists ever; the sense of inferiority because of the color of the skin is ever so evident.

Pull out a Sunday classified and see for your self the demand of a fair bride. It is an open secret that not so fair person will have a hard time finding a match.

Switch on your television and you would see a certain ‘Khan’ luring people to use a cream which will change their color and in-turn their fortune.

It is every where, and I do not why. May be because of 250 years on slavery has left an imprint on our cultural psyche.

My point is when we differentiate amongst us basis the color of the skin, if someone who is at-least 10 times fairer than us feels superior, what is the fuss about.

Secondly,

I am of the opinion that when you go to a foreign country, you open yourself to a bit of discrimination anyways. And when you hog their jobs, ruin their market benchmarks by working at half the prices, you deserve a bit more.

I hate generalizing the statements, as that is very judgmental and is rude to lot of genuine cases. However if we take a percentage for the purpose of debate, you would see that majority of middle class Indian students go to a Foreign country for not returning ever.

Just imagine Somalian migrants (no personal prejudice, just wanted to take an example of a blacker race) entering India on pretext of education and then hogging the jobs at half the prices.

Probably a saner lot like you and me would take that in our stride in the name of liberalization, globalization and open economy. However, I can’t say that about more than a handful of people who will create the racists roar and mayhem to which Australian debacles will sound like childish acts of some drunken kids.

GOT HOOKED

Got engaged yesterday to one and only the oriental dame, Ms Good looking Shalini Smanla

20th April 2009, on auspicious occasion of shalki’s birthday, I and her got ENGAGED.

While I gave her an emerald-diamond ring, she gave me ruby in gold ring. It was a close family affair. Bhavna and Rajiv stole the show by being excellent hosts.

They made every one comfortable and asked in a new niche way for everyone to come and introduce themselves.

Arrangement was okaish, however even before I take the judgment dagger out, I realize that shalki was all alone doing everything. Keeping that in mind, I reckon she pulled it off just fine.

The only damper was the distance, some 40 odd kilometers of driving one way and add to that coordination of 6 cars was an ordeal. I really thank and appreciate the patience and understanding shown by my relatives and friends.

We reached at the venue at 8:50; the time scheduled was 6:30. I have a thing with fatigue and I seriously need to work on this aspect. I am so lazy, laid back and chilled that if I have to walk a little outside my comfort zone, I get so irritated and disinterested.

I took it all out on shalki, probably because she was sitting the closest. She definitely did not deserve it and I later apologized.

Also my bad mood was initiated by strange ways of our relatives. One of them, for some strange reason refused to come to our place and insisted that he be picked up from mayapuri. Now with our leaving time not sure and getting delayed to one or the other reason, he had to wait till infinity on the road.

Any ways no function is complete without its share of lows, let me concentrate on the highs, one of which was that I felt like a star when the shutterbugs were clicking the photographs. I almost thought I have won a grand slam or something.

The videos have come good as well.

I must mention here that this function was a success due to RAJIV and KUNAL. Both of them worked selflessly and took personal pains. I really appreciate that and was touched to the heart.

I was wearing a Pink shirt and Blackish slim fit trouser. While shalki was looking dazzling in her Pink lehnga from the Chabbra 555.All in all it was a success, looking forward to the pics and videos now.
For now, I am looking at my ring in Awe.
